By using the Triquetra Jewellery site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Distance Selling
Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including the new Distance Selling Regulations and are designed to ensure that all of our customers can shop easily and with confidence on-line with Triquetra Jewellery. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All prices are advertised in UK sterling.

Payment Process
Credit and debit cards are processed by PayPal or Stripe through a secure gateway.

We endeavour to deliver all items within the time scales given, however we are reliant on third party carrier and cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay.

If you wish to cancel your order we will refund you in full providing you notify us before 2pm of the day the order was placed. If we receive confirmation of your decision to cancel by email or telephone after the goods are packed or shipped you will have to bear the return postage expenses. Once your order has been shipped you will need to refer to our refunds policy.

Faulty/Damaged products
Any faulty or damaged products must be reported to Triquetra Jewellery by e-mail at ( within 24 hours of receiving the goods with a detailed account of the fault or damage.


We try very hard to provide a high quality customer service.  If you do need to complain for whatever reason your complaint will be dealt with promptly.
