All prices are advertised in UK sterling.
Credit and debit cards are processed by PayPal or Stripe through a secure gateway.
We endeavour to deliver all items within the time scales given, however we are reliant on third party carrier and cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay.
If you wish to cancel your order we will refund you in full providing you notify us before 2pm of the day the order was placed. If we receive confirmation of your decision to cancel by email or telephone after the goods are packed or shipped you will have to bear the return postage expenses. Once your order has been shipped you will need to refer to our refunds policy.
Any faulty or damaged products must be reported to Triquetra Jewellery by e-mail at ( email@example.com) within 24 hours of receiving the goods with a detailed account of the fault or damage.
